OUR OBJECTIVES & AIMS

As we are a local company with all Directors permanently resident in Zambia, we have extensive knowledge of the local market. We are fully aware of all local safety aspects in the building process and are conscious of the needs and the requirements of international companies in this area.

Constructing to a timetable is one of our key strengths as is keeping projects on budget. In both areas we like to work very closely with the engineers, architects, and the client to keep them informed of progress and issues as they arise. In this manner, there are no surprises during the course of the project.

Quality is of paramount importance and we employ a number of key people to ensure that matters relating to quality are given the highest priority.
